Powder Making Machine/Pulverizer Machine

 The powder making machine , also known as the pulverizer machine , is the device that processes the bulk materials into powder or the ultra-fine powder. It is used for the grinding operation in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining and other sectors. According to the fineness of the material to be processed and the fineness of the discharging materials, the powder making machine can be divided into: raymond mill , high pressure hanging roller mill, high pressure micro powder mill, straight centrifugal mill, super pressure trapezium mill, three-ring medium speed mill, vertical mill and other types.

Application
The pulverizer machine is suitable for the processing of the non-inflammable and non-explosive minerals whose Mohs hardness is not greater than 7 and humidity is below 6% such as the barite, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorspar, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, insulation materials etc. It can be also used for the processing of ultrafine powder 300 kinds of materials. In addition, the product particle size is adjustable within the range of 400-1350 (0.04-0.008) mesh.
Working principle:
The materials will be sent to the hopper after being crushed to the desired particle size and then the materials will be transported to the grinding chamber of the powder making machine by the vibrating feeder evenly and continuously. Due to the centrifugal force, the grinding rollers swing out to press on the grinding ring tightly. The materials are sent to the gap between the grinding roller and grinding ring to achieve the purpose of grinding due to the rolling of the grinding rollers.
