Working principle
The materials are transported to the hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator and then enter the feeding end through the feeding pipe of the charger. The inclination of the feeding pipe is greater than the natural inclination of the materials so that the material can smoothly flows into the cooler. The cylinder of the cooling machine is a rotating cylinder that tilts slightly into the horizontal. Adding materials from the higher end and the heating medium flows out from the lower end, forming the countercurrent contacting with the materials. Sometimes, the heat carrier and materials flow into the cylinder together. With the rotation of the cylinder, the materials move to the lower end under the role of gravity. When the wet materials move forward in the cylinder body, they directly or indirectly get the heat of the heating medium so that the hot material can be cooled and then discharged on the discharge end by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
