First, the hardness and toughness of material exceed the range of operating instruction manual. If jaw crusher plant is occurred by the conditions above, the specialist suggested replace jaw crusher within specification range. 

The discharge opening is less than specified limits. You should adjust discharge opening according to operation instruction manual. Or change a new jaw crusher with suitable discharge size. 

Second, the voltage is too low working site. You should adjust voltage. timely so as to meet requirements of the host machine overloaded. 

Third, the gap between moving jaw and bearing is too large after wear and tear, which caused relative rotation of the bearing outer ring. For this situation you should replace bearing or movable jaw. 

Besides, more knowledge about the jaw crusher is best way to avoid of impacting the capacity of jaw crusher. Jaw crushers can be classified into three categories: complex swing jaw crusher, simple swing jaw crusher and compound swing jaw crusher. The difference Between the simple swing jaw crusher and Complex swing jaw crusher is that the latter doesn’t have the moving jaw hanged on the main axis. So the complex swing jaw crusher has a simple structure but a complex running of moving jaw. Compound swing jaw crusher has hydraulic pressure. The feature is that there is a hydraulic cylinder on the connecting rod. Before running, there is no lubrication oil in the hydraulic cylinder and the cylinder and plunger can move comparatively.
