Rotary kiln is mainly used for oxidizing and roasting of lean iron ore in iron and steel plant of metallurgical industry; the oxidizing and roasting of chromium and nickel iron; the roasting of high bauxite ore and aluminum clinker and aluminum hydroxide in refractory material factory; chromium powder ore roasting in chemical plant. It has small proportion and light weight, which can greatly reduce the weight of the painting objects. The heat resistant and high temperature insulation coating can effectively inhibit and shield the infrared radiation and heat; the insulation suppression efficiency can reach about 90%. The material can inhibit the temperature of heat radiation and heat conduction loss of heat, the internal heat of rotary kiln can maintain 70% loss. In addition, the coating has features of fire retardant, wear resistance and pressure resistance, insulation resistance against wear, acid and alkali resistance, light weight, convenient construction, long service life, etc.
