According to the moving state of operating components, vibrating feeder can be divided into linear vibrating feeder, rotary vibrating feeder and reciprocating vibrating feeder. To be specific, the linear vibratory feeder includes belt vibratory feeder, plate vibratory feeder and scraper vibratory feeder; the rotary vibratory feeder includes types of chain, disk, spiral and impeller vibratory feeder; and the reciprocating vibratory feeder includes feed grizzly and chute feeder.

The bottom plate of the chute feeder is flat, and it moves in a reciprocating way and it is the very important equipment in magnetic and flotation ore separating line. The chute feeder is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, mining and water conservancy and hydropower to transfer bulk and granular materials to all kinds of receiving machines from storage bin. The width of the body of chute feeder is nearly 2-2.5 times longer than the width of the largest feeding granularity. The largest chute feeder can feed ore whose granularity is less than 500mm, and it can be settled on the ground or hung at the discharging port of storage bin.

According to requirements of the performance, the installation and design of chute feeder should aim at reducing the pressure on the bottom of the chute as much as possible, so for the much larger materials, a ore stopping plate with enough height should be set at the discharging port of the bottom storage bin. The feeder machine is used to transport materials to receiving device evenly and quantificationally from storage bin or other storage devices, which is the necessary equipment in automated flowing process. The vibrating feeder has closed type and open type with the advantages of reliable operation, low noise, low energy consumption, no red material, long service life, convenient maintenance, light weight, small size, easy adjustment and perfect comprehensive performance. What's more, closed type  vibrating feeder can avoid the dust pollution.
